SYMPTOMS:
Neuropathy symptoms can vary and may include numbness, tingling, burning pain or shooting pain and may be localized or radiate to extremities. In some cases, muscle atrophy and weakness may be evident.
CAUSES:
Neuropathy is caused by active nerve inflammation or irritation with symptoms experienced down the path of the nerve. Radicular nerve inflammation or irritation may have a compressive, chemical, or physiological origin at the spine, and may be associated with poor posture, trauma, joint misalignment, disc herniation or weakness of stabilizing musculature.
